FAQ

  • How long will email-only readings take?
    When you place an order for an email-only reading, I have 3-4 days from the day you listed as the booking date it to either complete the reading and email it to you or to update you for when it will take place.
  • Do you do love spells?
    No. Find someone else to do this because it is absolutely morally and ethically wrong to do a love spell on someone else and take their free will out of the equation.
  • Do you do twinflame readings?
    No. There has got to be better things for you to ask about than if someone is a soulmate. Please find another reader for these types of readings.
  • Can I get a refund on a reading?
    The only reason I will ever issue a refund is if something happens that prevents your or me from doing the reading BEFORE the scheduled time and we cannot reschedule for another time. You will not get refunded if you are personally not happy with the reading- I know the quality of my work and unless I personally know that I did not provide my highest quality of work, you not liking what you heard in a reading is not enough reason to ask for a refund. These readings are meant to bring clarity and that sometimes means tough love messages/being held accountable for your own behavior and hearing things you may have been avoiding or don't want to hear. If that is the case, then please find a reader more suited to what you are looking for.
  • What happens if I arrive late to a Face 2 Face type of reading?
    If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled call with me and you provide me no warning/explanation/head's up, I will end the reading right then and there and will not issue a refund. Please respect my time when you are looking to book a service.
  • I paid for the wrong service; can I get a refund/reschedule?
    A refund, absolutely- if you catch it before I actually do the service! It is your responsibility to know what you are booking and paying for. To avoid this mixups, please make sure to email me any questions you may have at espinaila@gmail.com. As for reschedules, I'm sorry but no. Please note that I only allow reschedules if it is for the same service. If you realize you want a different service, you will need to book another reading for another time.
